Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed, and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer various shipping options to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, the shipping carrier, and external factors like weather or holidays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery method selected, the size of your order, and the destination. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 within the continental United States.

International Shipping

  • Availability: We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Please check at checkout to see if your location is eligible.
  • Customs Fees: International shipments may be subject to customs fees or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. GearHubX is not responsible for any additional charges that may occur during international shipping.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your package on the carrier’s website.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • We only ship to addresses within the United States and select international destinations.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to claim it, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: GearHubX is not responsible for lost packages once they are in the hands of the carrier. However, if your package is lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly and inform us, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order with your order number and photos of the damage, and we’ll help resolve the issue.

Shipping Address Changes

Once an order is processed and shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.
